'Seeds to Stars' Opening

Seeds to Stars is a collaborative exhibition that brings together painting and poetry in an immersive artistic experience. Featuring visual artist Carlos Cruz and poet Gabriella Stella, the exhibition explores the connection between expressive language and visual storytelling, inviting visitors to engage with art in a dynamic and meaningful way.

Carlos Cruz approaches his work with a spirit of exploration, continually seeking new techniques and ways to express emotion through paint. Each piece reflects a process-driven practice that celebrates creativity, possibility, and the joy found in the act of making. Complementing the visual works, poet Gabriella Stella, founder of Haus of Expression, shares powerful spoken word performances that reflect her journey into poetry and her commitment to building a creative community centered on authenticity and artistic expression.

Join us for the opening event on Friday, October 11 from 4:30–7:30 PM at Galeria “The Art Venue” in downtown Westfield. Guests will enjoy an evening of live poetry, music, original artwork, and light refreshments as we celebrate the arts in a welcoming gallery setting.

The exhibition will remain on display at the gallery from October 11 through November 8, 2025.
